The MilQSaT tool, developed with Phylum, is used to perform Quality and Food safety audits with our direct dairy producers. It is used:
- to assess the Milk production practices of Dairy Farms and Milk collection centers in order to deliver good quality and safe milk to Danone factories.
- as well in the Daily Farm relationship management to work on quality topics with dairy farms.
